In 2017, interns started off with strength finding and team building activities. Interns visited both the White Earth Tribal and Community College and the NDSU Bee Labs to further their knowledge. Dwight Mickelson led interns in construction of the hive sculpture and at the end of the June session interns held a hive raising and reception to interact with the community.
